Your Baseline Survey Launch Checklist

Before we launch your Baseline survey, it’s important to run through some final checks to make sure we are set up for success. This checklist can also be used for future surveys - a sanity check that everything is as it should be.

Branding

 Your company logo is added
  Your branding colors are added
  Your Required Messages are added into CFT
  Initial Survey Invitation Message
  Survey Reminder Message
  Thank You Message

IT Setup

  DNS Records are in place (SPF, DKIM, MX, and CNAME)
  Single Sign On is set up (optional)

Recipient List

 Recipient List is finalized (complete with sender information, contact information, and metadata information)

Survey Question Template

  Questions are finalized

Communication

  Internal communication has been sent to Staff
  External “heads up” communication has been sent to Clients

Survey Schedule Dates

 Your survey launch, reminder, and close dates have been agreed upon

Training

  “How to Review and Follow-Up to Feedback” Training is scheduled with those who will be survey “senders” on the baseline

Users & Notifications

  All users are added
  All users are assigned to their proper CFT Role for data access purposes
  Email alert settings are configured as desired

Testing

  You have approved test surveys of what your clients will experience on launch day
