Delete a Favorite Report

To delete a favorite report, take the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Legacy-CFT.
    1. From within the Dashboard, select Switch to legacy CFT for additional functionality which is located in the top header.

  2. Select any report available under the Review or Follow Up tabs. For the example below, we chose Surveys Sent which is located under the Review tab.

  3. Select the File tab.

  4. Select Organize Favorites.

  5. In the list of available reports, select the report you wish to delete. Then click Delete.

  6. Click OK in the pop-up window.

  7. Your favorite report is now deleted.
